Garda wildflower honey
From the flowering hills of Lake Garda comes Rocca del Garda wildflower honey. Depending on the season, our bees draw from the rich variety of flowers that spontaneously cover and colour the company's meadows. They suck the nectar, which they mix with pollen and, as has been the case for thousands of years, deposit it in their hives and process it into honey.
Rocca del Garda wildflower honey has a warm, golden colour and an intense flavour that is gentle on the palate. The natural sweet taste melts in the mouth releasing the fragrant aroma of our flowers giving us a pleasant harmony of flavours.
