Rosa BIO, Organic Chiaretto Bardolino DOC Classico

Organic Chiaretto Bardolino DOC Classico

The Rocca di Bardolino is a mountainous promontory that reaches a height of 283 metres a. s. l. Its position dominates the entire basin of the lower Lake Garda.

It is produced exclusively from the estate's own grapes, autochthonous to the province of Verona, 100% organic, from vines that are between 3 and 50 years old. This richness in variety gives Chiaretto Rosa Bio a floral bouquet, with hints of rose and elderflower, and fruity with hints of cherry and raspberry.

There is also a hint of aromatic herbs reminiscent of sage and rosemary. On the palate it is fresh and dry, with good acidity and goes well with many meat, fish, pasta and vegetable dishes, but also a simple glass to sip as an aperitif at sunset!
