WINEMAKING
Vinification: Destemming and crushing of the grapes, pressing, white vinification in a reduced environment. Alcoholic fermentation 10 - 12 days at a temperature of 15°-16° C, in 300 hl temperature-controlled steel tanks
Cellar ageing: 1 to 9 months in temperature-controlled steel and concrete vats
First bottling: 5 February 2024
